QuickPay Opt-In & Opt-Out Policy

By opting in, you agree to receive communications from QuickPay through WhatsApp and Meta platforms. This may include:

How You Provide Consent (Opt-In):

  • By entering your mobile number during account registration or verification.
  • By checking the consent box or agreeing to receive WhatsApp messages when prompted.
  • By engaging with QuickPay through WhatsApp chat and confirming your willingness to receive messages.

We will never send you marketing or advertising messages without your clear and explicit consent.

Opt-Out Policy

You have full control over the messages you receive from QuickPay. If you no longer wish to receive communications, you can opt out at any time.

Ways to Opt-Out:

  • WhatsApp: Reply with the word “STOP” in the chat.
  • Email/SMS: Follow the unsubscribe instructions included in the message.
  • Meta Advertising Preferences: Adjust your ad preferences directly through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
  • Contact Us: Reach out to QuickPay customer support and request removal from our communication list.

Once you opt out, you will no longer receive promotional or advertising messages. However, you may still receive essential service messages (such as account verification, security alerts, and mandatory updates).
